Full name, date of birth, contact information (including address, phone number, and email), designation, gender, educational background, employment history, references, national ID or identification documents (such as passport, Emirates ID card or driver's license), banking details for payroll purposes (bank name and Account IBAN No), spouse, emergency contact number and name, nationality, passport details and any other necessary information required for employment eligibility and administrative purposes.

In case the data is deleted before or during an event, you will not be able to attend the event.

The Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we limit our use of your personal information, or that we stop using all or part of it (for example, if we are not legally permitted to do so) or if you believe that your personal information is incorrect or unlawfully kept. The following are examples of processes where this right can be used:

      You object to the deletion of your personal data and ask that their use be restricted because the processing is illegal. If our client shares your data with us, we will direct your request to them.
